Went there for lunch. It's located on the second floor by the escalators. It's much bigger than you think. It's worth the wait. Trust me. Lunchtime is never a smart idea, it was busy, we arrived there at 12:05. We waited 10 minutes outside in line only to be told by the host that it might be a while since food started to arrive for most guests. It could be around 13:00 before a table could be available, we were told. We persevered and decided to stay. Good thing. Within another 5 minutes (12:20) we were greeted by the host our seat will be ready in a few minutes. Going in, the place was huge! And elegant! We sat down and looked at the menu. They had specials, we chose the basic salad and pasta. Wow, the quality blew me away! And the service, the staff took extra effort to make sure there was no allergies to any ingredients. If you didn't want cheese on your pasta, they made sure to bring to your attention they could offer substitution for anything else you might have ordered. They were all really well trained and very professional. Not what I was expecting while waiting outside being hangry. My salad was fantastic! My pasta was perfectly cooked al dente! The seemingly endless puffy bread was scrumptious! The service was exquisite! Simply, more than I had expected! While eating my second order of bread, they asked and I said sure, I was adding up the charges in my head. Guess what? It was all part of lunch, nothing extra! Go there. I would have given a four-star for atmosphere due to it being rainy and couldn't look out. Not their fault.
Went there for lunch. Just as all the reviews mentioned, ordered Lunch course. Pasta, and mackerel is the side dish, the main dish is their popover. Had like 6 of them. Everything is alright, nothing bad nothing exceptional.
I never use to order pasta because I always feel disappointed... But the pasta here, oh boy. It is just so GOOD. The appetizers are also excellent and the bread you can each as much as you want. Order the meat sauce pasta, they use Japanese beef. Excellent!
The best dish at the restaurant was of course popover bread with maple and cheese. We ordered lunch set with 2800yen. The staff hospitality was excellent. Except for the bread, the dishes which were appetizer, main dish and dessert were not outstanding. Yet i def wanna go there again. Better to reserve your seats in advance.
